  • During the winter and summer school holidays, the rent is from Saturday to Saturday

  • The maximum capacity: 6 persons

  • Dogs are allowed (except cats), +35€ per stay

  • Smoking inside is: forbidden

  • Accessibility: the property (unfortunately) is not accessible to people with reduced mobility

  • During the winter season: when you arrive, the living area of the house will already be heated! Access to the cellar is from the outside. The cellar is not heated. Garden furniture is no longer accessible. In the event of heavy snowfall, customers will be responsible for clearing the snow from the access path to the road (40 meter) with the shovel provided, at their own convenience. We also recommend, that you keep your own snow shovel in your vehicle, just in case.
